Terms & conditions

By purchasing or enquiring about any item offered by Geelong Terrariums (and Indoor Plants) you agree to the following terms.

  • All items are hand crafted and unique. Slight variations in plants, containers and arrangements from the photographs shown are to be expected and are part of the appeal of a handmade piece.
  • Availability is subject to stock on hand and the current season. Live plants cannot always be reproduced exactly, so we will always discuss the item with you before finalising your order.
  • Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • All enquiries are genuine and welcome – there is no obligation to purchase.

Refunds & returns

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Our refund policy is simple and fair:

  • If your terrarium or plant is damaged, faulty or not as described at the time of pickup or delivery, we will repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price – whichever you prefer.
  • Because our plants and terrariums are living products, we ask that you check your piece carefully at pickup or on delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours if anything needs attention.
  • We cannot accept returns on living items that have been damaged due to watering, placement, or environmental conditions after they have left our care – but we will always do our best to help you bring a struggling plant back to health with free care advice.
  • Custom orders may be refundable only if we are unable to fulfil them. Otherwise changes can be made before work begins on your piece.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly to the original method of payment.

Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here is what you can expect:

  • We only collect the information you choose to share with us (such as your name, phone number and email address) when you contact us or place an order.
  • Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange pickup or delivery, and provide after-sales care advice.
  • After a sale, your personal details are removed from our records as soon as they are no longer needed, and no later than when our obligations in connection with that sale have ended.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website.
  • If you would like your details removed from our records at any time, just call or text and we'll delete them straight away.

Local sales & delivery

Local sales only. We operate from our residential business address in Waurn Ponds, Geelong region, Victoria, Australia and sell to customers in the Geelong region.

  • Buying is simple: browse this website, then call or text us to arrange a mutually agreeable time to visit and view the terrariums of your choice.
  • Pickup from our Waurn Ponds location is by appointment.
  • We can also arrange local delivery within the Geelong region – ask us for details when you call or text.
  • We do not ship live plants interstate or overseas.
